all orders placed on unjaded are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by a second email containing tracking information once your package has shipped.

we currently offer both domestic and international shipping, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location.

if you need to return an item, we offer returns with a $15 flat return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund once the return is processed (see return/exchange policy)
